IDAHO 7 is the first hop release from Jackson Farms just outside of Boise. This hop is ripe with zesty tangerine flavor that is reminiscent of marmalade. 
Typical alpha:
 13.0-15.0%. Aroma: pungent tropical fruit and citrus (apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with big notes of resiny pine and hints of black tea.Typical brewing use: Idaho 7 is mainly used as a late addition hop with a distinct tangerine flavor. although it does do great as a bittering hop for IPA, pale ale, and hop-forward American wheat beers. Try in place of::  Citra, Loral, and El Dorado

MILLENIUM High-alpha hop with clean, neutral bitterness.
